PredictLens is a prediction market aggregator that displays real-time probability data sourced from third-party platforms including Polymarket and Kalshi. The App provides AI-generated market analysis, alerts, and informational content for educational purposes.

03Not Financial Advice

All content on PredictLens — including probability data, AI insights, morning briefings, and market analysis — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• PredictLens is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment platform.
• Probability figures reflect market consensus and do not constitute predictions, guarantees, or recommendations.
• You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

04Use of the App

You agree to use PredictLens only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract data from the App.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written consent.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

05Third-Party Data

Market data displayed in PredictLens is sourced from third-party platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Metamystic is not responsible for errors or omissions originating from third-party sources.

06AI-Generated Content

AI insights and analysis are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI-generated content does not reflect the views of Metamystic and should not be relied upon as factual or current.

07Intellectual Property

The PredictLens name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Metamystic. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metamystic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if Metamystic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Metamystic is registered.
